SPHRi Certificate is for senior-level HR professionals who mainly provide HR services in one country. SPHRi™ candidates are involved in talent management, strategy, service delivery and policy-making activities.

Eligibility

A candidate must meet one of the following exam eligibility requirements to sit for the SPHRi™ exam:
• A minimum of four (4) years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Master’s degree or global
equivalent.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional-level Experience in an HR position with a Bachelor’s degree or Global
equivalent.
